Finding Your Way Home Through Meditation with Deborah Cooper

This Sunday evening class, held at the Unitarian Society of Germantown, will include time for meditation, a short talk and time for dialogue. The goal for the four sessions will be to uncover our own longing to know and care for ourselves with kindness and compassion.

I hope you all had a lovely relaxing summer! I have been all over the place, including a wonderful trip to Turkey and Prague with my son and his wife. Now it is time to buckle down and move into the fall. Lots happening!

Welcoming the Spring – A Day of Silent Meditation

The day will consist of alternating sitting meditation, walking meditation and QiGong Practice. Please bring your own lunch. Beverages will be provided.  Childcare will be available on a donation basis.
